No sooner has the confirmation of payment been received, we will process your order. The order will be processed as soon as possible. During the sale period, order processing and customer service may take longer than usual. Sabato Russo can deliver worldwide.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are as follows:
EUROPE: 25 EUROS (€) USA: 45 EUROS (€) UK: 45 EUROS (€) JAPAN: 45 EUROS (€)
For delivery elsewhere in the world, Shipping costs may vary and will be included in the email confirmation. Moreover, be advised that Shipping costs may vary compared to the abovementioned. Shipping costs may also vary according to the weight. We only accept payments in Euros (€).
Sabato Russo, either for national or international shipments, avails itself of different reliable delivery services, that will be communicated to you upon confirmation order receipt. Delivery may take up to 7 working days, but we aim to deliver every order within 24 hours during weekdays or 1-2 working days during holidays. International shipping may take up to 10 working days. Delivery outside the European Union (EU) should be subject to Custom duties, that are borne by the Customer. Under such circumstances, you will be given information on costs by the shipping company. Customers are liable to pay any inbound duties any taxes which the local custom authority deems appropriate for the release of goods. Delivery times are approximate, any delay due to payment authorization and/or availability of stocks is not taken into account.
4. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING
Custom duties or Import duties are collected once the package has reached the destination country. Custom and Import duties are borne by the Customer. Unfortunately, Custom and import duties are not under our control, so we cannot define them a priori as they may vary from country to country. Should the Customer refuse to accept the package due to Custom or Import duties, the Customer shall take full responsibility for the postal charges, return costs, custom duties and handling costs. Please, be advised that we can neither devalue order nor flag it as gift.

1. RETURNED PRODUCTS
Our utmost priority is Customer satisfaction, so we are committed to meeting Customer needs at our best. However, should Products do not fit your needs you can ask for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the order confirmation. Unfortunately, we cannot refund Custom and Import duties, Return and Shipping costs. Refunds will be estimated to the price paid and not to the price on the refund date. Should you wish to exchange or return a product, please contact us by phone or write at email@example.com, indicating whether you want to return or exchange, and necessary information will be given to you. Order reference number must be needed. Returns cannot be accepted during Black Friday, special sale promotions and in case of product with 50% or more discount. In case of exchange or return with more than five products, Sabato Russo retains the right to accept only after having checked the integrity of the products. Damaged products will not be accepted and will be returned to customer.
2. RETURNING PURCHASED PRODUCTS
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform that you wish to return your products. Put the products in the original package. Once you give the order reference number, you will be asked the reason for the return and we will arrange to send you the sheet for the shipping. Put the original (or a copy) of the receipt you have been given at the delivery. Close and tape the package securely. Sabato Russo prefers Products to be returned through the return services provided, to ensure that they are guaranteed and insured during the transport. However, Products may be returned with any safe means of transport. Please, be advised that products for non-commercial use cannot be exchanged or returned. In order to ensure the package is returned within 14 days, it is recommended to send it within 7 days from return request and proof of shipment. Sabato Russo cannot be in any way hold responsible for potential losses or damages during the transport. Once the return has been accepted, the return will be issued, and a confirmation email will be sent.
A refund will be made to the payment card used to place the order, unless otherwise agreed, within 5 working days. Under no circumstances should refund fees be borne by Sabato Russo.

Only after the package is checked by the Packing team, will it leave the warehouse. Should the product be defective or damaged, it is necessary to contact us within 7 days from delivery, taking advantage of exchange or return options.
Customers can exchange the size of a Product. Only after the return products have been received, will the exchange take place. All exchanges are based on stock availability.
Return and/or exchange costs are borne by the Customer. Should you be interested in a different style, we recommend returning the product and purchasing a new one on the Website.
